Great stay. Positive: There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The kitchen was well equipped. The snug and lounge were comfy and great for us to mingle. The property was exceptionally clean and was in an easy to find location. The parking pass for mayors avenue carpark was a bonus too. Negative: Nothing

Fantastic house in a great location Positive: Fantastic house - beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. Great location - very peaceful but only 2-3 minute walk from the estuary / harbour up a short not too steep hill. Hosts were great and responded quickly. Negative: Nothing

A super stay in pretty Dartmouth. Positive: Perfect location right in centre of Dartmouth which made it super easy to explore without having to get in the car again. Very clean and beautifully decorated with lots of thought and good use of the space. Comfy without being cluttered and had everything you needed for a relaxed stay. Super views from top bedroom balcony. Parking was fine as the parking permit car park was only a 5 minute walk away. Stop before the bollards to unload! Negative: Lots of stairs but not really a big problem for a few days. A sign on the house saying saviours View might help with initial locating as we drove past and got stuck down a tiny tiny road upon first approach!

Good value high end property. We will try other properties from thus company. Positive: Very clean, and a nice mix of modern and classic decor. Negative: A little more curb appeal would be worthwhile.
